Al2TiO5 Ceramic Bushing Aluminum Titanate Ceramic Bushing
Aluminum titanate sprue bush is also known as sprue cup and insulating sleeve. It is a part on the low pressure casting machine for alloy wheel and other similar casting.
Sprue bushing is used between riser tube and down mould to form low pressure pouring gate.Aluminium titanate sprue bushing has good corrosion resistance, strength, airtightness and thermal shock resistance.
Products application:
Sprue bushing is a gate which located between the riser tube and mould bottom. Compared with traditional metal material, aluminum titanate sprue bushing has good corrosion resistance, non-sticking with molten aluminum, better thermal insulation and high temperature resistance, which effectively guarantees the temperature of the feeding channel and improves the production efficiency. The quality of casting products are also improved and the solidified scrap weight is only half that of the traditional metal materials.
