PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
High temperature refractory insulation alumina thermocouple protective tube
Ceramic furnace tubes, thermocouple protection tubes and insulating rods produced by UNIPRETEC are made of alumina ceramic (Al2O3 > 99%). Alumina ceramic possesses a high melting point, strong hardness, and good chemical stability, making it a good material to withstand high temperature and chemical corrosion. The max. using termperature of these tubes & rods can be up to 1800 °C. They are an excellent choice in furnace and temperature measurement whenever safety and stability are required.
The size of the high temperature ceramic tubes & rods can be customized according to customer's requirement:
Quartz glass is a single component of silica glass. This glass hardness can reach seven Mohs grade, high temperature, low expansion coefficient, thermal shock resistance, chemical stability and good electrical insulation performance, and can through ultraviolet and infrared, have good acid resistance to acid.
