PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Al2Tio5 Ceramic Rsier Tube
Riser tube is a critical part of low pressure casting machines. Molten aluminum is transported by pressure from holding furnace via riser tube into a mould every 3-5 minutes.Traditional iron riser tube couldn't guarantee continuous casting and high quality because of its bad thermal shock resistance and short service life.So aluminum titante becomes the ideal material of riser tubes due to its low thermal expansion coefficient,good thermal shock resistance and no wetting by molten metals.The riser tubes produced by Taisheng with German technology has a long service life and reached the international advanced level.
